Our room was spacious, staff was kind and brought us extra pillows upon request and even an extra after cleaning our room. When calling them on the phone before our stay, the attendant was polite.
Bed was uncomfortable! Very stiff, hard, even with extra pillows, both me and my roommate could not sleep soundly any of the nights we stayed.

Very Good
The breakfast kept running out of dishes, food, utensils, condiments, water, etc. We kept having to ask over and over if they could bring out plates, forks, etc. If you have a packed hotel, which it was, you should plan accordingly.

Wonderful
Good location, didn’t have to walk too far to get to the centre of town. Good clean rooms, pretty comfortable bed.
Complimentary breakfast was pretty standard. Good but nothing stand out.
