The rooms were nice and updated.
We requested joint rooms for our family of 6. The receptionist thought she gave us joint rooms, but they were not. Unfortunately the hotel was booked so we couldn’t do anything to change the rooms.

Spacious, comfortable room. Great facilities in the kitchenet area. Nice feature to have the TV able to swivel to face either the bedroom area or the sitting area. Plenty of storage - hanging space and drawers. Gym was good, breakfast simple but tasty. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Really convenient for most of the city around the convention centre and a 2 minute walk from one of the transport system stops (Green Line?).
Some of the furnishings were perhaps slightly on the dated side, but not really an issue for me. Not in a particularly 'scenic' part of town, but an easy walk to areas that had more interest.

The king suite gave us a mini kitchen and a good pull out sofa area for our son. Shower was Nice! The pool was a great set-up with salt water outdoor space
The breakfast option were limited. I would have liked a better spread with options.

Great location! Room is large, new, clean, and comfortable! Big kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Our whole family loved it!
The only thing I didn’t expect was we had to pay for the parking fee.

Bed was too soft and had a warn spot so you roll into it,ci had to sleep across the bed to be comfortable.

Poor
I left the hotel as I could not stay there. The walls are like paper, you hear your neighbors, you hear the ventilation system and the street. I changed rooms several times but it was the same in every room. Noise level was terrible. Staff was super friendly and I got my money back, left for another hotel. Noise issues are a major problem with older hotels such as this one. Room was spacious and clean.
