Poor
The size of the room was the only thing I liked.
The beds weren’t comfortable. I didn’t like how they only had an outdoor pool and it was seasonal only. The shower in the bathroom wouldn’t get any hotter than luke warm and the room was really dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The location was near a lot of homeless people. And we had to pay for parking or park on the street.

Disappointing
The hotel is nice. Updated. Most of the staff was friendly. Loved how spacious the room was.
At first glance the room looked clean. After getting a closer look, the bathroom was dirty. There was grime in the shower. Around the toilet was dirty and dusty. Hadn't been cleaned in awhile.
We stayed in a room right next to the elevators and the sound of the elevator kept us up most of the night. Very loud. Don't stay in room 647!
Bedding was awful.
A lot of homeless around the area. Be safe when parking your vehicle.

Balcony was nice.
Claimed it had a rooftop pool and hot tub. The pool was closed and the hot tub was cemented in.

Poor
The place was clean and comfortable. The room was clean and quiet.
They lied and tried to tell us the reservation was cancelled, and it wasn’t. They cancelled it and rebooked us through their system at the same price. I booked the room for family under the family members name and they refused his credit card. They had me sign another paper for incidental's and insisted on using my credit card and lied to me about my family member not being able to find his credit card. They then proceeded to ask inappropriate personal questions about the family member because of how he looked and was acting (he is a stroke victim and was a little confused, unkept but not dirty), I had to finally say that I didn’t ask him these questions because it isn’t my business and she finally backed off. They eventually let him in the room. Later on the next day I called back because there were extra charges. They wouldn’t explain the extra charges (cancelation fee) I saw on my bank statement. I had to have a booking rep call them and for the rep they explained the extra charges and said the charges were being refunded but it would take up to a month. They were very unkind to my family member and were very blatant about not wanting him there with a medical companion that was very rough around the edges but was needed to assist the family member.

Pleasant
Location is not bad, our room was big enough and fairly comfortable. Internet was fast.
The room wasn’t clean or well maintained. Bath floor was scratched and dirty, there were sticky spots on the night stand and stains on the couch. Carpets was stinky. Breakfast was not really edible. Powder eggs with a strange taste. Parking was $20 a day and pet fee was $75. When all the fees pile up, it’s not really worth it.

It was clean, seemed like a safe space.
That I had to pay extra for parking, I think it should have been included.

Quiet, close to where we needed to be. Clean. Good breakfast.
Have to pay $20 a day to park in their parking garage. Located next to the homeless soup kitchen so parking on the street was a concern. Had to stand in line for a long time to check in. Only one person at the desk.

Breakfast
No pool inside the property like it’s advertised on their website, and outdoor pool was closed. Not convenient for children….. also this hotel is located across the street from a halfway house and a homeless shelter. There was also construction on our floor we had to walk through to get to our room.

The room was nice and spacious. Good selection of tv channels. The kitchenette was handy. The location is very convenient to downtown events. Garage parking was a nice option.
The level I was on was under construction while I was staying there. The thermostat did not work so the room was a bit too warm for my comfort. Lots of homeless and loitering in the location of the hotel. The garage parking was good until I tried to leave. I had to call the front desk to let me out of the garage since my pass didn’t work.

Great location! Close to many places we wanted to visit in the city.
Our only problem was that access leaving the parking garage never worked. We worked with the front seat three times but still had to call for them to manually let us out of the garage.
Hotel staff was sympathetic but could not resolve the problem.

Very Good
The mini apartment suites were a good choice for our extended stay in Salt Lake City. They were spacious—with a full kitchen, plenty of room to spread out, and a separate bedroom—and had everything we needed. The onsite laundry was also a convenient bonus.
The pool area could use some improvement—it wasn’t particularly appealing to me and would benefit from being cleaner, tidier, and more thoughtfully arranged. The bathroom could also use a bit of attention, such as replacing the shower curtain and giving it a thorough scrubbing.

Wonderful
Property is beautiful, and breakfast was good. We liked the suite and reheated and prepared some food for the rest of our trip. Bed was comfortable, we had a 2 suite with a sep bedroom.
Parking was in the garage, and it is another $20/ night. I would not park on the street, as it’s not in the best location. As we went in and out of the garage , the garage gate stopped working on the weekend, and fortunately, we had the front desk phone# handy so we called and we backed down the ramp, and then went out the “entrance” side. This happened a few times. The hotel does not own the garage. The pool looked nice from the 3rd floor roof, though we did not use it. My suggestion for breakfast, is to move the dishes away from underneath the hot foods, as one cannot get a plate because people are lined up in all directions to get hot foot. Breakfast was good though and they were attentive at keeping things filled.

The property failed to honor our paid reservation and refused to register us even though they acknowledged the reservation existed, they offered no refund. Fortunately Booking. Com refunded our money. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

Good
The breakfast was a great added value to the room. Each day had different breakfast meats available, as well as the standard cereals and waffles.
We paid extra for the onsite, underground parking garage. There was a problem with the exit arm, so we had to utilize the entry lane for the entire weekend. Also, they said that housekeeping would be by "every other day", yet never came by though we stayed four days, 3 nights. Seems like the property is also undergoing some renovations, as the base boards had been pulled up and blue tape was marking the walls. The last night we were there, the phone rang twice (when we had just fallen asleep). I answered and there was no one there. I called the front desk and they explained that they called to check if we were in the room, as the hotel was sold out and their system was down and they were looking for an empty room. They said, they didn't want to knock on the door and wake us, yet, I stated that the ringing of the phone had the same effect.
Thank you for your information!
