We stayed 5 days, nobody cleaned our room at all or replenished our towels, and got new sheets. It was disappointing. We spent a total of almost 2 hours stuck at the gate in the parking garage because it was broken.

Suite was really large and well-appointed, full kitchen, lots of room, separate sleeping room. Great value. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Parking was secure and cool, though they do charge extra for it, which I did not realize when I made the booking. But most importantly, my daughter left her iPad in the room when we checked out and the staff made sure to save it for us to pick up a few days later.
The room rate was really reasonable, but I didn't;t appreciate getting nickel-and-dimed with extra charges for high-speed internet. The free internet was not really fast enough to stream video. Also a lot of us bring laptops and plug in HDMI to the TV in hotels -- it would be nice if those hookups were easier. The parking garage was broken so the automatic gate didn't work and it caused us a delay leaving the property on short notice. Ran out of bagels at breakfast. and never replenished them

Very good location, access to the beach. Big room.
Crowded breakfast, bathroom wasn't clean and it was too small. The connecting door made it noisy, the cleaning of the rooms across was done at noon we couldnt rest. One window in theroon didnt have curtains so the light came in early in the morning.

The rooms are big. Everything was clean. The breakfast was good. Good facilities but poor maintenance.
There are some homeless people in the park nearby, but it is not the hotel fault. The thing I didn't like was the pool. The chairs were broken and the towels were missing. I think this is inadequate for a hotel like this. Also, we had to ask for the wifi password.

Room was very spacious, clean, quiet and well equipped with all necessities. Very comfortable bed and plenty of seating. We liked this room very much. Also, the location was very convenient and within walking distance to restaurants and a visit to Grand America Hotel and gardens without high price. Very reasonable fora very nice hotel.
