The location is on skid row. The hotel does a good job of keeping you away from this, as long as you don?t go out. It should be known in your ad that the parking is an extra 10 dollars a day, because a person will want that.

Despite early arrival around 12pm we could check in and use the room. Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious, with a good bed, kitchen and desk to work at. Nice gym, good location, close to the station and all that for a very good price.
We booked for 3 adults, but the couch bed was not made, we had to do it ourselves.

Friendly staff, nice parking underground. Available luggage cart. Comfortable room and wifi was fine.
Breakfast options were ok. Hashbrowns were like cardboard but we showed up towards the end of breakfast.

Price is fair. The suite is really nice with a stove, silverware, plates, pots, dinner table.
The nearby Pioneer Park is questionable.

Location was just ok. On the edge of downtown. Walkable but not really in the middle of everything.

We enjoyed the spacious suite and extra room that it gave us.
The room was on the third floor and was pet friendly. The problem we experienced was a complete invasion of ants overnight to the dog food. They completely took over the room and we had to clean up and get out as soon as possible in the morning.
