Pleasant
They did not honor what booking advertised as one bedroom one queen bed bedroom, two one queen bed. They wanted it to be two queen beds in the same bedroom and I ended up paying almost double what booking quoted me after being on the phone with the property for over an hour.

Fair
The noise and smell from my room 110. Too early in the morning cars leaving the underground parking was heard over and over again. Then the overwhelming food smell from breakfast being made

Poor
The size of the room was the only thing I liked.
The beds weren’t comfortable. I didn’t like how they only had an outdoor pool and it was seasonal only. The shower in the bathroom wouldn’t get any hotter than luke warm and the room was really dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The location was near a lot of homeless people. And we had to pay for parking or park on the street.

Disappointing
The hotel is nice. Updated. Most of the staff was friendly. Loved how spacious the room was.
At first glance the room looked clean. After getting a closer look, the bathroom was dirty. There was grime in the shower. Around the toilet was dirty and dusty. Hadn't been cleaned in awhile. We stayed in a room right next to the elevators and the sound of the elevator kept us up most of the night. Very loud. Don't stay in room 647! Bedding was awful. A lot of homeless around the area. Be safe when parking your vehicle.

Wonderful
Balcony was nice.
Claimed it had a rooftop pool and hot tub. The pool was closed and the hot tub was cemented in.

Very Good
Absolutely fantastic stay. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfasts were good and changed daily. The lobby was a good place to hang out and play games with the kids- you can get board games from the staff counter. Close walk to Gateway precinct and free amazing science museum. Good facilities came in handy with a family of five.
Be aware of street parking. It is only 2 hours on one side of the road outside the hotel. Washing machines on the expensive side.

Poor
The place was clean and comfortable. The room was clean and quiet.
They lied and tried to tell us the reservation was cancelled, and it wasn’t. They cancelled it and rebooked us through their system at the same price. I booked the room for family under the family members name and they refused his credit card. They had me sign another paper for incidental's and insisted on using my credit card and lied to me about my family member not being able to find his credit card. They then proceeded to ask inappropriate personal questions about the family member because of how he looked and was acting (he is a stroke victim and was a little confused, unkept but not dirty), I had to finally say that I didn’t ask him these questions because it isn’t my business and she finally backed off. They eventually let him in the room. Later on the next day I called back because there were extra charges. They wouldn’t explain the extra charges (cancelation fee) I saw on my bank statement. I had to have a booking rep call them and for the rep they explained the extra charges and said the charges were being refunded but it would take up to a month. They were very unkind to my family member and were very blatant about not wanting him there with a medical companion that was very rough around the edges but was needed to assist the family member.

Very Good
The property was great, nice size room and facilities, clean
We didn’t like the breakfast probably because it is so different to what we are used to in Australia.

Pleasant
Location is not bad, our room was big enough and fairly comfortable. Internet was fast.
The room wasn’t clean or well maintained. Bath floor was scratched and dirty, there were sticky spots on the night stand and stains on the couch. Carpets was stinky. Breakfast was not really edible. Powder eggs with a strange taste. Parking was $20 a day and pet fee was $75. When all the fees pile up, it’s not really worth it.
