Disappointing
The Location was great and the breakfast was nice.
The room was worn down and the mattresses were terrible to sleep on!! It felt like the springs were coming through the mattress. In the morning the hot water was out in the entire hotel!! When I called the front desk the lady didn't seem to care, she just said yeah we know we have maintnenance coming to fix it. She didn't offer a later check out or anything!!

Nice breakfast, and in-and-out parking
Coffee maker didn’t work. TV reception periodically faded, and maintenance never came. HVAC had a mind of its own.

Excellent location. Close to everything downtown!! Delta center. City Creek Center Mall, and all public transit right out the front door.

Location, easy in and out with parking. Clean rooms and bathrooms.
Breakfast selection wasn't that good. Food was cold. Although the biscuits and sausage gravy were really good. Wish I would've been patient and waited for fresh biscuits that was yummy.

Attended a conference at the Hyatt Regency which was right across the street. Saved at least one night's cost for a room PLUS a very good breakfast.
Very friendly, pleasant and helpful staff.
Had a little difficulty with the business center printer. Staff was good to help get it working.
