Everything was okay until the end of our stay
My son had left his wallet in the hotel room so I called them and they found it which I was thankful for that. I knew he had a little over 30.00 in his wallet. So between the front desk and the person that took it to UPS store they stole 10.00 and I had to pay 20.00 to get shipped to my house. There thieves at this hotel. Never will I stay at a holiday inn again. I even sent them an email and nobody responded.

Overall ,i like the cleanliness from the reception area,to the room,and the breakfast nook.Breakfast is good,a lot of choices.Our room is clean,our sheets smells good

Staff was friendly
The parking was rough. After being told that parking was free, I was charged $25 and there were no spots left in the garage. The whole place sounded like a kids birthday party, breakfast was a madhouse, standing room only. They had security guards outside the breakfast room and only 2 elevators for like 12 floors worth of people. The TV in our room didn’t work in addition to a few of the lights. This place was awful, I’d never book a stay here again.

We often time stay at this hotel when we are in town for a convention.
The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Salt Lake City Convention Center. Staff are always very kind and welcoming, breakfast is adequate, rooms are clean, beds and pillows very very comfortable. Anyone looking to stay in this beautiful city should stay here.
I wish they used porcelain plates and cups for breakfast.
