Excellent location. Clean room. Indoor parking (with an extra charge though).
Hotel-provided breakfast began at 7am in the weekend, which was too late for our stay. As we had to go out at 6am on a Sunday morning, we had to skip breakfast. But this is really not an issue.

I paid for the room and was very surprised to be charged $25 to park my car. I wish that I had known this before I booked the room.

I have never had a better check in experience then today I forgot the woman who checked me in but she was extremely helpful and personable she really did make everything easy and was very helpful

Specious room. Great location. Amazing room view. The hotel is very beautiful.

We arrived to he told you had over sold the rooms on our hotel and even though we had reserved a room, were told the hotel was full and they turned us away, at nearly midnight! There was a conference that week and not a single bed available in any of the hotels. After hours of searching, we found a hotel with a room miles out of the city. This was terrible service on your behalf, We had to pay for numerous taxis, not to mention that after 24 hours of travel, then to be so rudely turned away by the hotel staff who were not in the least bit caring or interested, terrible service

Very friendly front desk, breakfast was great with variety and workers were very attentive cleaning and re stocking food, the ladies who clean rooms were very efficient
