Great inside pool and gym. Good services.
Property woyld benefit of renewal, facilities were outdated. In addition cleaning was not very good, eg. at pool area ladies changing and shower room was not cleaned at all during couple of days we stayed.

I Liked the location
Julie at the feimt desk was rude had NO personality. Gave me no receipt NEVER told me room number. Horrible customer service.
Then I check out and have all these extra holds on my credit card called and they could not explain why.

Location maybe, but there are many other good options in this area.

When we arrive, the front desk told us our room is sold out and we need to change to another one, and they replace it with a room with a broken air conditioner.
We called the front desk told us send someone to repair. We wait for about 1.5h, and they failed to fix it. Finally they changed our room to a downgraded room and it was 1am. Apparently, we did not sleep well.
