Very clean (even the gym was incredibly clean)
Hotel failed to ensure that key cards recognize accurate check-out times due to daylight savings. On the day of check-out, the key didn't work. I had to stop at the front desk to reconfigure it and was late to the airport as a result.

Property was clean and rooms were in nice condition. Staff were very nice
Breakfast was $18 per person for the “buffet” which just your standard breakfast served at any other hotel and is included in the price of the stay. We passed and moved on. Will definitely be looking at the fine print when it comes to Hilton Garden Inn stays anytime in the future.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly, polite, and helpful with special thanks to Javier and Shirley! Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds, and the gym and spa facilities are excellent.
The only downsides are the relatively cold pool water.

We liked everything! From check-in which was quick and simple to check-out.
Our room was very clean, well appointed. Bathroom looked brand new. Comfy beds!
The restaurant/bar was also very nice. Food was fantastic. Ice-cold beer served in a frosted mug! Flat bread, wings, and burgers were delicious! Our server, Latvie, was fun, efficient, and just charming!
One down side was that the booking site didn't mention $15/day parking fee. Parking was a real challenge...lot was very crowded and hard to find a spot in.
Breakfast was charged to our room, although we did not dine in for breakfast, but front desk took it off our bill immediately.

This hotel is very clean and our room was quite spacious. Customer service at the front desk was great. The price of the room was very affordable.
We didn't like that we had to pay for parking and that breakfast wasn't included in the rate.

The hotel is well located not too far from the downtown and quite close to the train station. The 24/7 check-in desk is very helpful in case of any itinerary changes. The room was very spacious and clean, the beds were fairly comfortable but not exceptional.

First of all the hotel is so clean and everyone is so nice! Beds and pillows are so comfortable, and to make it even better they have a 24hr pool! I called a few days before my stay to request both of my rooms to be close together, they gave us our rooms right next to each other, which was awesome! I appreciate them so much for doing that for us!
