It was located close to retail shops and restaurants
The toaster didn't work. An electrical outlet didn't function. There was no full hot breakfast like you advertised. There was only coffee and tea. This hotel is like stepping into the 1970s. Everything is pretty much outdated.

Black mold,staff was disrespectful made my wife cry over there own mistakes I've been staying there for over two months never late on my rent one time went to pay and clerk told me I had a credit and didn't need to pay so the next morning early I get phone calls from front desk not nice at all saying pay or vacate 3 days later it happens again then 2 days later my car get broken into so I'm up with the police making a report and secu
Irng my back window that was broken out I paid my rent earlier so I got woke early again telling me I didn't pay the full amount the clerk didn't charge me the right amount 55 instead of 69 i never get a receipt so I don't know been staying there for a long time so when I finally went down I was on the don't extend list was yelled at cursed all for being right

Management is in transition. Expect things to improve. Staff was very nice amd responsive.
Stayed 9 nights and weekly housekeeping never cleaned my room. Spoke with the transition manager. He was very nice about it.

Wonderful
Location is prime. It has great bedding. Its nice to have a full sized fridge. Staff is really kind and sweet. Good air flow. Its honestly my favorite place. If youre going to an extended stay, this is it. Period.
The prices are a trip. I paid more money for a way worse room two times in a row. Every time I book here, they down grade me which is weird. The tv is stuck to the wall so its hard to hook up a streaming device and you have to sign into the internet 500 times a stay. The ice makers have never worked. I really wish they had a blender.

False advertising. They demand to scan your ID 'for the files'....Hilton, Marriott, Four Seasons, and most other chains don't do that...but the recovering halfway house does....Royal Inn up the street does not...same price, same low end hotel, no extortion for your personal info

The staff was very helpful, and nice and kind. The price was very good. There was no smoke smell which I appreciate very much.
The beds are in my opinion too small. We had four adults and they were a little too small for two adults in each.

LOL What breakfast?
The room next door had an odor spilling into the hall like someone had pooped all over the floor in that room. They were attempting to clean the carpet in the room plus outside the door so the carpet was wet in the hallway. The odor was horrendous. They decided to clean the carpet at 1:10 am!!! are you kidding me? The room was right next door! The hall door leading to the patio was ajar all day and night even though we kept securing it closed someone kept jarring it open and I'm pretty sure it remained open all night. The coffee cups had chips on the rim and only one spoon, in the room. Only one side table next to the bed instead of two so I kept my water on the floor. I will be disputing this bill. Waking up to a carpet cleaner at 1 o'clock in the morning was ridiculous!

The room rate is pretty decent. The rooms are well laid out and the location for me worked out well.
The physical plant of the hotel needs some attention. The side door I used was bent on the hinges and couldn't be fully closed. This was security hazard as well as giving a way for rodents to enter. (I saw some mousetraps in the nearby stairwell, but no actual mice or other signs.) My first hotel room's dishwasher dumped water all over the floor. Hotel staff were very efficient in moving me to another room. Light fixtures in both rooms needed some flickering bulbs replaced, The bathroom sink in 1 room had a drain that wouldn't stay open. The parking lot has several serious potholes in it.

Nothing have cockroaches, tv not level moves, sink clogged, bathroom not vent the steam comes out smoke sensor went off 3 times, in the morning try to explain a woman clerk told me (not my problem call the owner) very rude, I have the pictures
For the owner, if you do her job I don’t care but do you think me going back to your hotel? I let my friends to see the pictures, your employee that woman is not good employee and not your friend either.

The doors to the entrance never fully shut . The door to the room was difficult to open and shut. There was always garbage by the exterior doors.

I like that even though it is a lower quality stay, we have never had an issue that could not be addressed. Kitchen and bathrooms are always stocked. Beds are always clean and comfortable.
There is usually always noise. But not much that can be done about that.
