Kind people for check in and check out
My room smelled, toilet was stained brown on the inside, the fridge was leaking something brown in a big pile that flung more little drips when we opened it. The tub didn’t fully drain. People next to us smoked marijuana that made the hall smell horrible, and people were yelling all hours of the night. I realize the last two I mentioned are hard to help, but the rest could have been.

No screens on windows, 9 night stay and room was never once cleaned, carpeting was stained, only 2 of everything in the kitchen, shower mixing valve didn’t work properly, bed was ok

The location was very good. Trader Joe's was around the corner, so food was very easy to prepare in the room's kitchen. Also, ski areas were very close by. Parking was also free and easy. Restaurant were within walking distance.
The rooms were a bit long in the tooth. But this was within reason, related to the price. I did not request a special needs room, nor did I need one, so I'm not sure why I got one. The soap in the bathroom was terrible, so bring your own.

It was located close to retail shops and restaurants
The toaster didn't work. An electrical outlet didn't function. There was no full hot breakfast like you advertised. There was only coffee and tea. This hotel is like stepping into the 1970s. Everything is pretty much outdated.

Black mold,staff was disrespectful made my wife cry over there own mistakes I've been staying there for over two months never late on my rent one time went to pay and clerk told me I had a credit and didn't need to pay so the next morning early I get phone calls from front desk not nice at all saying pay or vacate 3 days later it happens again then 2 days later my car get broken into so I'm up with the police making a report and secu
Irng my back window that was broken out I paid my rent earlier so I got woke early again telling me I didn't pay the full amount the clerk didn't charge me the right amount 55 instead of 69 i never get a receipt so I don't know been staying there for a long time so when I finally went down I was on the don't extend list was yelled at cursed all for being right

Management is in transition. Expect things to improve. Staff was very nice amd responsive.
