The front desk guy was able to check us in earlier without paying any extra fees.
The bed is not that comfortable and it makes a lots of noise.

I like that even though it is a lower quality stay, we have never had an issue that could not be addressed. Kitchen and bathrooms are always stocked. Beds are always clean and comfortable.
There is usually always noise. But not much that can be done about that.

False advertising. They demand to scan your ID 'for the files'....Hilton, Marriott, Four Seasons, and most other chains don't do that...but the recovering halfway house does....Royal Inn up the street does not...same price, same low end hotel, no extortion for your personal info

Edward Scott is the perfect host! We know when we walk in and see his face at check in we will have an exceptional stay. The facility is great but what won us over is him.

Edward the employee was so amazing helped out so much and was so fun and goofy he made our stay so much more enjoyable
I didn’t realize the room I book only had one room but that was my fault the property is amazing
