The office person put us in a good location that allowed easy access to the breakfast room. The room felt spacious with a couch for lounging. The breakfast was one of the better ones we've had in a SLC hotel.
Overall the room seemed out-dated. There were no usb-c outlets and, at first, I thought we'd have to scrounge around for access to places for charging phones, etc. In daylight I discovered more on the desk. No fridge or microwave but the room is priced to reflect that.

It was in a c convenient location, which helped us with our trip. There was a drink bar for coffee and tea. 24 hours which was nice.
I requested the third floor as my husband is a light sleeper and then come to find out the elevator did not work. Throughout the night other guests were slamming doors which would wake us up. Maybe have the doors where it doesn’t slam so loudly with padding??

I don’t like this place.looks like a ghetto house is it being remodeled? No parking it all around sucked.
My room sucked- the shower and tub did not drain, In the morning I tried to take a shower NO hot water. At this point I went to the staff and asked for a service. I came back that afternoon to a tub full of dirty water and the room had not been cleaned - the morning staff lady was not professional and she did not do her job.

The front desk guy took very good care of us we had a truck
And trailer and he let us park in the back and helped us out bed was super comfy
There was a cleaning rag left in the room and the tub needed to be updated alittle bit
