NOT family friendly at all!! At 10pm, a couple next to our room was listening to loud rap music and talking super loud in the corridor. Knocked but they didn't open. 11pm we heard the cleaning staff SCREAMING at each other and loud banging "did you change the covers? " did you clean the toilet? It went on and on without any regard to sleeping people. Especially at this time of night!!!!!!!! I called to complain and was told "yes?" As if what's the problem. Was told the couple was moved and the cleaners were doing up their room. What on earth is wrong with you? Did not feel like a nice safe experience for my 2 small kids. And god knows what type of manager allows cleaning staff to clean a room at that time of night!!!!! Shame on you

The breakfast was very basic but ok. They had gluten free toast & cereal for me which was great
The traffic noise was a bit annoying. We put in our earplugs which helped. It was a long walk to the main part of the city.
