PROS: The location is excellent! It was close to the 215 beltway, which made it so convenient to get to Park city, downtown, and especially Fort Union area. The price point was not bad. The room was more than decent, it was great that there was a refrigerator in microwave, bed was quite comfortable, shower pressure was good. Also, parking was convenient, we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and pool, at least for an evening. Most of the front desk reps, were nice. But we did not really use it much. We were able to check in really late (a little after midnight). The texting AI chat seemed like it would be convenient.
CONS: Not in this order, but we’ll share what comes to mind. As mentioned, we got in really late from a 5 1/2 hour drive from Las Vegas, and we were rather beat. The bed was comfortable, and the blackout window coverings were helpful. However, the sound that came from the upstairs, guests walking around, shuffling, sounded like they were stomping all over the place! Normally, it would just be a slight nuisance, however, not at 6:30 in the morning! We were on the fourth floor, and the noise from above resonated so loudly. We were surprised that there wasn’t much sound barriers between floors! Pretty sure that the guests upstairs weren’t realizing this. That made us think if the guest downstairs from us were also experiencing the same from us. We texted this situation with the AI chat bot, but we did not hear anything back for a day, until later that night. Meanwhile, we did inform the front desk about that situation, and entertained the idea of asking to be moved. Front desk did say that they could move us if a room was available, but it was too much of a hassle, and we were only there for two days. We figured that the guests upstairs were hurrying to catch a flight, so we thought that it was a one off situation. However, the noise continued on the next morning. It was not as loud, but still a nuisance at 7 AM. Although the bed was comfortable, it did not look like the sheets were thoroughly washed, because we found animal hair trapped in the fibers. Gross! Also, we really believe housekeeping is not thoroughly cleaning rooms, because we found an empty soda box under the chaise, and jelly beans in the corner. To say the least, it was about 15% dingy. The pool was great, but when we asked the nighttime front desk if we need to get pool towels, she directed us to the pool because she said that she just restocked. But when we got to the pool, the shelves were empty. So we had to ask her again, and she seemed annoyed because she had to get off her phone.

We loved the location to the Cottonwood Canyons and the Wasach Boulevard. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice, with comfortable beds. Nice bathroom too! It was cool that a lot of other skiers stayed there. Also the free breakfast was very good!

The location is great, very safe area. Easy access to freeways. Check in and out were very easy
Lack of parking. Has to park down the street one of the nights I stayed. The hotel had a very musty smell that worsened when entering the room.
The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Cleaning staff was extremely loud when cleaning the neighboring rooms-loud to the point it was disrupting conversations within my own room.
