The location is great, very safe area. Easy access to freeways. Check in and out were very easy
Lack of parking. Has to park down the street one of the nights I stayed. The hotel had a very musty smell that worsened when entering the room.
The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Cleaning staff was extremely loud when cleaning the neighboring rooms-loud to the point it was disrupting conversations within my own room.

The A/C unit is very noisy, also places in such a way that it blows right on the bed, very powerfully, such as to make it uncomfortable. I had to cover part of the grille with a towel to make it tolerable
Also the breakfast could be better. Pastries are a sad things, and the sausage not good

Staff personally came out help find a parking space for our box truck. Then they came out again to help us locate our emergency brake. What great service and they were so nice. They made the end of a very long day so much better. Sorry I didn’t get their names. A woman and a man (day shift and night shift front desk) on May 2nd.

Excellent location. Modern facility. Desk staff very nice.
Much to our shock when we woke up in the morning, and I pulled the covers off there were pretzels between the top bedspread and the comforter -they weren't from us. I don't see how those sheets could've been changed between stays. Corporate Hilton was no use. The local manager said they would go through some processes and get back to us, but haven't heard anything back and honestly, I don't think they believed us.
