Disappointing
The staff was very friendly
I did not like that at this time it is being converted to a Sparkle hotel and was not informed. Because of it being under construction , check in was In a side door (when we drove up we thought it was closed), no hot breakfast and a slight smell of paint in the room. Being charged for full price for not getting the full hampton experience was disappointing.

Soft beds, lots of lighting, lady behind the counter at check in was nice.
I wasn’t aware it was under renovation ( there was nothing on the site to say it was under renovation and the pool etc was closed down, breakfast in a bag) when I tried to cancel after being notified after I paid already that the pool was closed, the reason I picked this hotel, even after paying the trip insurance I was told I could no longer cancel. We found an earwig in our room on the wall, that had yellow drips coming off it, the fire sprinkler was partially hanging and there was dry wall missing around it. I don’t like that they use full size bottles of toiletries on the wall and have gunk built up on them. People who were doing renovations were on their phones when we checked in leaning up against counters it was hot in the hall ways and elevator. Definitely not worth the price I paid I’m extremely disappointed. I took pictures of said things as well. They should have just closed down during renovations. (I have a video of the bug but it will only let me upload photos)

The location was conveniently near the airport
Since they were renovating, the lobby was in the hall. Also, the included breakfast was a "breakfast bag" with a bagel, little yogurt cup, little fruit cup, and tiny granola bar.

Kay at the front desk bent over backwards to accommodate and we really appreciated all she did to help us.
I booked a Hampton Inn and this was not a Hampton Inn. How can you falsely advertise yourself like this? If I want to go to McDonald’s and there is a second rate place named McCronney’s who is calling itself McDonald’s but when you get there there is no golden arches and there are no hamburgers or fries then it would be considered false advertising. This is not a Hampton Inn and there is nothing about it like a Hampton Inn. It is a Spark under construction and everything is shut down. How can you charge the full rate of a Hampton Inn and give people a different hotel with no amenities at all. If you are going to remain open during a remodel then you need to offer a significant discount since you are providing none of the amenities that a Hampton Inn provides - no lobby, no pool, no hot breakfast, nothing. This is not what I booked and I feel very deceived because I booked a known brand, a known franchise and I was not given what I booked.

I was informed by email that there was no room or spa as the place was being remodelled. Ok. No worries. On arrival I found that there was dust, noise. No access to anything except the room. No place to sit for breakfast the next morning. No hot breakfast. Absolutely not what I was paying for. I will complain to get a refund from booking.com. This is not a three star hotel. No better than a basic motel. Additional, on arrival I wondered if I was in the correct place as the name doesn’t match what I booked. What a shambles

Comfortable beds. Most of the staff was nice and when we went to breakfast was always full even when we went to eat later in the morning
Some staff didn't want to open the pool when pool hours started, claimed it there was maintenance out there but when we did go out the pool was dirty so it just seemed like they didn't want to deal with us. I also booked one of the rooms to be a king size bed and got a queen but I think thats more booking.com not the hotel

Breakfast was ok, location was in a hallway
I didn't like that the website didn't say it was under construction noise was from 7amTo 8pm. The reason why I chose this location was because of the pool and even wasn't mentioned it was so frustrating. My kiddos were sad.
