Elegant, it’s quiet in your room even when the rest of the hotel is crowded, spacious, clean, excellent service from employees, you can get room service hot chocolate, close to TRAX stops for free transportation around downtown SLC.
You have to pay to park there.

Top notch materials used to make this hotel. Good location and good transportation options
Couldn’t control room temperature, TV’s in our suite worked only intermittently, told wouldn’t need reservation for dinner at the hotel restaurant and were then turned away at dinner time, waited for over an hour for room service, my steak was the size of a hockey puck and cost $53, noisy, lobby was always crowded with large family groups and too many kids! Severely disappointed

Valet parking, great amenities, beautiful room, great bathtub, The Laurel restaurant and lovely shops. Close to public transportation and nearby shopping, museums, temple square.
One way streets made it just a little awkward to get directly to the entrance, but that's a minimal issue.
