Beautiful hotel with wonderful spa and restaurants
The beds were HORRIBLE. The toilet seat was broken. I feel like we must have gotten a bad room.

The Grand America is a luxury hotel that offers comfort, spaciousness and privacy in elegant surroundings. The Lobby Lounge was convenient for a cool drink accompanied by live music and dining at the Laurel was also pleasant. Shops on site were also convenient. The staff were very pleasant and made the visit special.

The architecture is stunning, the location is perfect, the staff are outstanding.
It’s expensive, but you can see why. I’m not crazy about the elderly grandmother interior design, but it is still luxurious and very well done.

The executive gueen room fantastic overlooking the pool on fourth floor! Very quiet and beds were comfortable with down pillows! Loved the extra living space and bathroom space with extra sink outside of bathroom came in handy for two people to get ready. The massage was great as well as amenities in the spa. We used indoor pool and hot tub as well during treatment. We ate out locally but did return in bar area for tea and after dinner drink. Couches/chairs were do comfortable ! I can’t wait to come back here again to get pampered!!!!
The fridge in room did not get cold enough. Wish there were chairs to sit on balcony.
