We loved the first floor of the hotel but the Executive Suite was almost $--- and it was old and dated. It was embarrassing taking my husband there as a surprise. We almost checked out. I thought we'd be getting a room that resembled the rest of the hotel
Yes! The room was HORRIBLE! It was like staying in a cheap motel room. The brass was old and the tub was tiny. I am so disappointed, this weekend was supposed to be very special for my husband and it was an embarrassment.

The hotel is immaculate at every level and the courtyard area is really quite and makes you forget your in the downtown
Really just that nothing is included and so everything is a up-charge which at times can seem petty but its a great experience overall

I loved the rooms. We had two rooms so I could compare. They were both different and personal. Not these purpose built hotels. Very homely and lovely sheets and comforatable beds! Breakfast wea also delicious!

Huge hotel in SLC which is slightly south of downtown but still in the free downtown transport area for free bus and tram rides. Traditional hotel with grand bedrooms. Slightly dated in style and the faculties like pool and gym were just a bit less than you might expect for a major hotel like this.
Reception made a mistake first night and put us in the wrong room. We arrived really late and so just accepted it. They moved us in the morning and gave us $100 off the bill so fair enough

It was clean, elegant, and good value. The beds were very very comfortable. Everyone was friendly. I've stayed there several times and will come back!
