Beautiful interior and decor
First room had a bunch of bugs in it as we walked it. Before we could even put out stuff down we noticed - bunch of bugs flying in the air.
Also we were charged for our room twice. Then when I brought this up. They argued with me for awhile until realizing it themselves.

Property was exquisite, grounds were beautiful, rooms and hotel restaurants were beautifully curated. Truly and elevated experience!
Layout and expansive lobby, toy store was nice touch, felt like I was in Harrods!

We loved th staff and ambiance. Really nice restaurants, afternoon tea and spa experience.
The bed could be softer and the housekeeping service could me more thorough.

The property is splendid!
The only thing that was a bit frustrating was having to wait for our car in the cold because there was only one valet.
