Check-in, valet parking, breakfast, proximity to wonderful restaraunt. Clean rooms, very comfy bed with a beautiful view from the living area and the bedroom. Excellent shower head water pressure!!!!
The serving size of the breakfast ordered could have fed two guests. Hate to waste food (especially GOOD food), but couldn't take any of what was uneaten with us since traveling by car for a 7-hour drive home.

We just love ❤️ the entire hotel.
The restaurant on the main floor gets very busy. We would appreciate the hotel staff giving preference to people who are staying in the hotel.

Opulent exterior, the grounds and the structure were impressive. Underground parking was convenient. Lobby was impressive. Room was clean, and decorating was on point.
I was on honeymoon, and requested a room with a view high up in the tower, but 4th floor was what I got. Lobby was a bit confusing, for example; when getting off the parking elevator, there was not great direction to the guest elevators. On our walk to our room on the 4th, we noticed the carpet in the hallways was discolored (possible from water damage) and some pealing wallpaper. The indoor pool on the 4th floor was difficult to find, and the water was a bit cloudy. Our room was clean, but did appear a bit dated. For example; the white silicon in the shower a bit sloppy. The balcony sliding door was difficult to open for me, my wife could not get it open. Small things like the old thermostat and coffee maker I would expect to find in a less prestigious hotel.

The Grandness of the hotel. Every detail. Staff sone were very nice and some not so informative. Dora in the Laurel Cafe was very kind and went above and beyond.

The beds were HORRIBLE. The toilet seat was broken. I feel like we must have gotten a bad room.
