Lack of help with noisy neighbor-called front desk at 7 for help- still super noisy up until 11 pm when i fell asleep..I left early in the morning the next day to avoid the same rudeness

2. Our room had a stale smell.
3. The water pressure in the shower was low and the water was cold/warm. We let it run and still it didn't warm up.
