The free breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly.
Shuttle failed to pick us up because our flight was one of the last ones of the evening and we had to take Lyft to get to the hotel. When we got to the room, it was very cold and there were no extra blankets.

The location of the hotel was great. 5 minutes to the airport. The hotel was very clean. Staff was professional.
The shower had no hot water until the next morning. We were unable to shower in the evening. The lotion container and conditioner container was empty. The breakfast was okay but could of been better. The eggs were watery and the yogurt dispenser was empty.

Convenient overnight location to catch an early flight next morning. Left too early to get breakfast, so can't rate that. Room was clean and modern - met our needs for an overnight stay near the airport.

The room was spacious and accommodating. Everything was clean and well put together. We arrived very late to check in and the young lady at the front desk was so nice about it. The breakfast was very good. Certainly the best hotel we stayed in this summer

The price was good.
The elevator was crappy and small, the breakfast was cheap and a joke, the pool was chlorine with a little bit of water in it. Stuff was constantly unavailable or broken. Making my stay seem to drag on.

It was mostly clean and quiet.
The breakfast was sad, and cold. The WIFI for the tv didn't work, the free wifi was a throttled version, and you had to pay for better. The pool was closed. For 1/3 to 1/2 what we paid, we've had better.

Very Poor
Staff.
The rooms smell like wet dogs. They are musty and they stink. The staff did everything they could to provide us with assistance by moving us to different rooms. We stayed at one, it was a little better than the others, however, you could still smell it.
