Clean but dated.
Waited at counter with several other guests while phone rang and rang for over 5 min before someone came out to check us in. The bedroom tv did not work, when I called down, she knew it wasnt working and just apologized. Breakfast was a joke

Decent breakfast.
The hot tub was severely over chlorinated and left me & myfamily with topical skin and respiratory irritations. Asking for pool towels appeared to be an inconvenience to desk staff as well as asking for additional room towels.

Our reserved king room was given away put us in a room with 2 double beds. 1st room dirty toilet calleddesk and they moved us. Second room the deadbolt and the securty bar on door did not work.We did not report, just barricaded the door the best we could.

Right near the airport The front desk was very nice . Pretty nice selection for breakfast.
The walls are paper thin. Stay there for three nights the last night there were people next-door that was making a lot of noise had to call the front desk and the young lady there was very nice. She called them and immediately the noise stopped.

The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine, but the coffee was lukewarm (also tea water and decaf), but that is hardly a complaint.
The only problem was that we were double-billed; we had paid through Booking already, and then the clerk asked for our credit card (I thought for a security deposit) and billed us again. It took a few phone calls to undo that. I would definitely stay here again, but would make sure that the clerk knew our payment status.

Absolutely a TERRIBLE experience from check-in to check-out. First, once I arrived to the airport at 10pm I called the hotel to send the shuttle. They failed to inform me that its a holiday inn shuttle that picks us up and not a Fairfield Inn shuttle. I waited for over 45 minutes until I decided to take an Uber to the hotel. I told the front desk staff and they said oops I forgot to tell you. The next day my room key stopped working and the front desk agent said that I was checked out. I showed her my reservation which stated 3 nights and she did not believe me. I asked her where my belongings were since I found out after my day out and she said not sure. After an hour of her not believing me and not letting me into my already paid for room, she got a call from the manager saying to give me a new room key to let me in. And believe it or not, on my last day, the same thing happened! I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Vacation ruined. Also, the WiFi is terrible.

It's a basic hotel from the lobby to the rooms. Okay for an overnight airport stay, but I wouldn't recommend for anything longer.

i liked nothing
We arrived to the inn at 10p.m after traveling for 30 hours, tiered. The reservation for the room was made at least 3 month earlier and the room was paid for a day before we arrived. The lady at the hotel told us that the hotel is full, and since we are not a priority clients she sent us to another hotel nearby. The nearby hotel was a much cheaper hotel that has bad reviews and was very dirty. The toilets in the room had mold ( I have pictures). i did not like the fact that they sent us to another hotel a lower grade if you have a problem send us to a better hotel or at least at the same level.

Good location it has a hot tub.
That I had booked a king bed and they gave us a room with 2 double size beds. Being that we are a plus size couple. We dont fit to good on a double size bed. They would not accommodate us and give us a king size bed when we asked and let them know we booked a king.
