The price was good.
The elevator was crappy and small, the breakfast was cheap and a joke, the pool was chlorine with a little bit of water in it. Stuff was constantly unavailable or broken. Making my stay seem to drag on.

Front desk service!
The whistling hvac that kept me up all night and we left at 4am for a flight. That and the luggage carts were all missing. I am assuming that ppl took them the night before. This caused a huge burden on me as my husband had surgery and could not move or lift over 10 pounds. In addition, I am allergic to goose down pillows and that's all you have.

The breakfast wasn't that great. If all you eat is hard bagels and carbs it would be ok. More options would be nice, but we won't be staying at a Spark again, so it doesn't matter.
Very noisy in general - both other guests and road noise. Beds are hard as rocks! Between the beds and the noise it was hard to sleep. For a recently redone place the beds feel like they're 100 years old. Won't stay at another Spark hotel after this one.
