The location of the hotel was great, we didn't eat at the facilities.
When we arrived we had to stand there while there were 2 people at the counter helping one person. We waited 10 minutes before being helped. They charged my card for incidentals and I had already paid for the night. So I'm still waiting for that to be returned. The carpet on our floor looked like they hadn't cleaned it in a long time. It was black at the end of the hallway and in front of each door. In our room, there was food, or blood on the wall above the table and when I went to use the sink in the bathroom it had something slimy all over the hot water handle. Made me nervous to stay there and sleep. The staff was nice enough but there should be some better pride in the facilities and cleanliness. Just felt dirty and uncared for.

It’s close to restaurant
The room smell like cigarettes so bad and couldn’t sleep, tried using my perfume but didn’t work. And here it says no smoking .

There was a bad smell in the bathroom and the drain was very slow in the sink. They were changing the locks out while we were there and left out door open and unlocked for hours with no supervision that we were promised.

Very Poor
The place was filthy. Staff not available. Sheets on bed were used with hair and wrinkled (slept in). Smell wasn’t good. Room hadn’t been cleaned. I changed rooms and the sheets were dirty in next room. She made the bed with me sitting there. Bad experience
