The poor front desk lady was trying her best but she had no help. I liked the price that was good
I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this place was dirty. we went to our first room after waiting 20 minutes and the room was used. we go back down and wait only to have to get taken up to our rooms since they were out of room keys.

Location
The fire alarm went off our first night there. Then it went off again the 3rd night and again the morning before we left. So I don't think we will be coming back to this location

The location of the hotel was great, we didn't eat at the facilities.
When we arrived we had to stand there while there were 2 people at the counter helping one person. We waited 10 minutes before being helped. They charged my card for incidentals and I had already paid for the night. So I'm still waiting for that to be returned. The carpet on our floor looked like they hadn't cleaned it in a long time. It was black at the end of the hallway and in front of each door. In our room, there was food, or blood on the wall above the table and when I went to use the sink in the bathroom it had something slimy all over the hot water handle. Made me nervous to stay there and sleep. The staff was nice enough but there should be some better pride in the facilities and cleanliness. Just felt dirty and uncared for.
