Very Poor
There wasn’t much that I enjoyed, the staff was kind and the location was near a bunch of restaurants and what not, but that’s it.
My room was infested with ants, the faucet to the shower was dripping all night and smelled awful, the bedding had stains and hair throughout. There were weird prints on the headboard and the pillows were uncomfortable. Also the website promised a free hotel breakfast that just doesn’t exist. overall would only recommend if you’re extremely desperate for a place to spend the night.

The location was good and the bed was moderately comfortable.
I arrived very late, roughly 1am, due to a delayed flight and could not check in. It was very challenging to get a hold of a staff person. The instructions they left were to call the laundry clerk. I called 6 times and no answer. I walked around the hallways looking for staff or the laundry room. I knocked on the laundry room door and still no answer. When I returned downstairs the woman finally appeared. I did eventually get into my room at 2:15am. The room was outdated but clean with a bed that did not have too stable a bed frame.

The staff was outstanding! Rose worked with us to ensure we had a place to park our boat we were towing.
The street was closed and it was a little hard to get to the property.

I like that it was close to some shops and food options.
The security lock on the door was broken and I was on the first floor at the back of the building so it felt a little unsafe. The AC was dodgy and was not consistent if it wanted to blow cold air. The space felt heavily used. It meet my need to sleep but I left before 6am just to get out of there.

It was super loud from the bugs outside to people. It was like the window or door were completely open. You could even hear it all over the tv. The parking was a hassle and they had run out of parking passes for the garage was just hoping my car wasn't towed.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they had a policy for late checkout the was very helpful as we had some medical complications around checking out and it was reasonable and affordable. We had to leave every morning before the breakfast was put out so we did not get to utilize the grab and go offerings. Location was good, unfortunately there was construction on the road in front of the hotel making it difficult to navigate the entrance.
The handicapped room my sister had needed a little update but was otherwise suitable.

Location
The parking was a challenge with the Chick-fil-A traffic sharing the same entrance and exit for the hotel. Also the bed was very uncomfortable in room 101.

The location is perfect- easy walk to all the stores and restaurants in Sugar house. Having a full size fridge was nice.
When we first arrived the line of cars for chick fillet interfered w the entrance to the hotel. There r work around once u become familiar w the property.
And unfortunately our feet did become dirty when walking barefoot in room.

Location and proximity to shopping, restaurants, parks, etc. located right next to a hidden gem called Hidden Hollow. Nice little walking trail with parleys creek running through it.

Disappointing
location, access to a beautiful park
Stove grill hadn't been cleaned, stains and spills and grease all over. It made me question the cleanliness of the room overall. See photo below. Management informed but made no attempt to correct.

It was a good value and walking distance to restaurants and shops.
The breakfast was muffins and cereal bars and oatmeal.
