The room was spacious, it was clean, comfortable bed, separate door between the bedroom and the living room was useful (specially if you are working remote), we tried to call the reception and the phone battery died (at 11pm) 10 min after a staff showed up with a replacement battery.
Pool area wasn’t that clean, They try to make money out of everything (parking is $20/n, higher speed internet for a fee, $3 small water bottle, breakfast for $25,…)

The location was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. Liked having all the amenities in the room.. Enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff were wonderfully helpful, and freindly. Liked that there was designated smoking areas.
Paying extra $20 to park in the hotel parking. Paying so much extra for continental breakfast. The foldout sofa was not comfortable for adults (grandma)

I love how it's close to downtown and easy to get in and out. I love how spacious it is.
Our bathroom door handle was broken upon arriving and the lock was the only thing to lock the door. Stains on bathroom ceiling and it be so humid and hot even tho the ac was on and it was hard to sleep at night.

My room wasn’t cleaned nor replenished during a 3 night stay. Room was really cold. Wasn’t offered my (famous) free cookie when I arrived.
