Room needs work: Bathroom door doesn’t completely close, chipped and stripped paint in bathroom, bad coffee pot. Front desk staff said they are working on all this.

Good location, clean rooms
I accidentally booked the wrong nite on Bookings.com. After talking with the front desk at the hotel they said they would refund the me that night as long as i stayed with them that night (the night I originally needed) It has been five days of trying to get them to approve the cancellation so i could get a refund from Bookings and still nothing. Essentially have now paid $400 for one night stay. Nothing wrong with the hotel but this customer service as a Hilton Honors member, is poor.

Our power in the room went out on the second floor the second night on our floor. We were on the 5 floor. All the other floors had power. Showering should be done with lights on.

The nice woman allowed me to energy my room early. She was so lovely. I can't remember her name but I think she was Hawaiian and had a flower on her hair.
No. It was wonderful. You even have a Starbucks!!! Sadly I had to take the 6 am shuttle next day or I would have gone in.

Nice rooms and resonable prices.
In contrast to the Doubletree in Park City that had breakfast included, this hotel in Salt Lake City did not have breakfast. I would prefer breakfast to be added to the offer. That provides a lot of convenience for the Travellers.

Shuttle and close to the airport. Parking was the cheapest around.
The hallways did smell like smoke. Our room was fresh and clean and that was nice.
