The only glitch we encountered was that after asking specifically about the shuttle service to and from the airport, we were told it operated every half hour. It turned out that it’s only every half hour form the hotel to the airport, but if you are at the airport, you need to call and ask to be picked up. This resulted in our waiting about an hour before trying finally getting the hotel on the phone and and asking what was going on. We were picked up soon after that, but it was a highly annoying experience, especially since we had been very specific in our questions about the service..

Property was centrally located to SLC where majority of activities we had planned were near. Ease of check in and friendliness of staff made the trip worth it even with all the complications.
Unannounced attempts to enter room without warning of “upgrades”, telephone not working, Tv not working, hair in partners meal, promised compensation that still hasn’t been allocated

Room was comfortable with large bathroom and shower, and very comfortable bed and pillows.
Disappointed to learn at check-in that this hotel did not take a Hilton Honors gift card as payment for the room, as all other Hilton chain hotels have done in my past experience. The gift cards are point rewards from an Amex card. I will phone ahead next time.
No microwave in room, which is common in less expensive hotels, but there was a microwave in the lobby area for public use.
