I stayed here about a year ago and found everything to be fine both times. When I first arrived in SLC I would have stayed here but the price was quite high. It appears to vary a lot. The value is good if you get a good price, at times it's too much.
The breakfast could have a few more options given the number of people eating. The juice machine was broken and there was no alternative, such as pitchers. Overall not a bad breakfast but really just comparable to other hotels like Days Inn. Just a bit larger with more people. Breakfast room is not at all large enough, go in the first hour (6-7) if you want a table with no problem.

The hotel facilities were good, including the breakfast room.
We were completely disgusted with the lack of maintenance of the grass in the rear of the facioity. There was dog poop everywhere, more than we have ever seen at a "dog-friendly" hotel. They need to do a better job at encouraging people to pick up after their pets, and they need to regularly clean up the lawn on the property. Strategically located dog poop depositories and scooper dispensers would really help.

Close to freeway, breakfast was good.
Room was not ready on time, sheets looked liked they hadn't been changed, exorbitant pet fee and noise from floor above and next door.

Great location and a big room.
Parking was trickier as it got overbooked couple of times. A bit expensive for what it offers.
