They were friendly. Everything was as it should be. Good breakfast. I wish I had used the jacuzzi.
I guess everything was fine but could be more decorative. I felt like the guests themselves were so serious. Nobody smiled, made me feel lonely. It felt Weird

Free car parking just outside the door was handy. A reasonable (25 minutes) flat walk to Temple Square/City Creek Shopping Centre. Rooms was spacious and it wasn't a problem to have a roll away bed delivered to our room. The included breakfast was great, hot food options were plenty (pancakes, scrambled eggs, potato hash bake) in addition to all the usual breakfast foods. Coffee available in the lobby all day was great. We didn't happen to use the pool but plenty of other guests appeared to enjoy the indoor pool.
Not related to the hotel stay, but be prepared for the homeless problem in Salt Lake City. Lots of homeless people nearby and at the entrance to hotels, restaurants and at bus shelters.
