Very Poor
I was charged the wrong amount of money at check-in. The staff did not take accountability for this and did not try to get my money back to me. It was absolutely ridiculous. It was also the wrong hotel. I meant to book a different property. It was not conveniently located at all.

Great location, close to the venue we were attending.
The main elevators were not working, which made it confusing on how to get to our room.

Very clean nice layout of room walking distance to food and other amenities.
There was construction right outside hotel very very loud and noisy starting very early in the morning no mention of construction when booking
