Very Poor
I was charged the wrong amount of money at check-in. The staff did not take accountability for this and did not try to get my money back to me. It was absolutely ridiculous. It was also the wrong hotel. I meant to book a different property. It was not conveniently located at all.

Great location, close to the venue we were attending.
The main elevators were not working, which made it confusing on how to get to our room.

Although not the hotels fault, the street closure with large trailers stored directly in front of the doors. Confusing getting into the reception area.
