The facility was clean
The facility is not managed well. While the staff is courteous and tried to help they need to be efficiently trained.
At 7:55AM one of the staff on the front desk informed me that the 8AM shuttle should be coming in a few minutes while the other one informed me that it already left around 8:06AM when I went inside to check on the status. Not sure whom to believe. I had to take an Uber to ride to the airport.

Experience considering that sometimes it is just needed overnight. Shuttles full during the busy time to the airport. No food, coffee available for passagens spending overnight due to some unexpected event

Clean and accessible from I-80.
For the price, complimentary breakfast should have been offered but wasn't. Mini-fridge was ultra tiny. Flat face tv was large but tilted. Spacious desk area, but minimal sitting area.

Hotel is wonderful but don't waste your time at the hotel bar/bistro. Not a great value for what you pay for. I would stay at this hotel again but find somewhere else to eat and drink.

The staff was fantastic, and the room design was impeccable. However, the breakfast was quite simple and not worth the price, so we opted to skip it this time.
Contactless payments are not accepted due to cost reasons. This nowadays seems not the right decision, especially given the price of the rooms.

Quiet room and close to airport
You should consider offering a lower rate for people stuck at the airport through no fault of their own. I was at your hotel for less than 6 hours and paid a bit much for that. It's like you stick it to people stranded with very few choices. Airline would not reimburse me for this room so I incurred an additional unexpected 159$ on my trip. As a reward member with your chain I feel a special last minute deal for someone arriving after midnight should be considered.
