This stuff is OK at Me. Next step. The guy they checked in. I gave him my driver license instead of handed back to me. He throw it back to the table which is that’s a very disrespectful things to do with the Customer and the shower. Bathtub water when you take a shower water filled up because the sewer don’t drain.
I mean, the poverty is OK it’s decent. Nothing spectacular about it.

They let our dog out when we left for a couple of hours. Do not disturb sign was on our door and we also told the front desk. They almost lost her. Not a friendly staff. Breakfast was horrible

When we arrived in our room, my daughter found a big bug in the bathroom. When we pulled out the hide a bed there was food all over the mattress.

Quite anf comfortable space.

Staff was friendly. Small thing but great, the vending machine water for sale was a $1. Thank you

The location is good and close to the train if you are not renting a car.
The property is severely outdated and needs basic maintenance. It doesn’t feel like a 3 star property but rather a motel. In addition to general disrepair and the loud AC unit that sounds like an airplane hangar, we found a roach in our room, after which we checked out to go to another hotel. The staff was extremely rude as well. A woman named Natalie Thompson, who worked the front desk, was aggressive and snappy after I asked about the $100 hold deposit. Overall, awful experience.

It was clean. The breakfast was great! Customer service was excellent.
The air conditioner wasn't working in our room the first night. And it wasn't working at all in the breakfast area.

My room was upgraded
When we checkin, our room door was unsecured!
I had informed the gentlemen and only said maybe during room cleaning staff did not secure. I felt UNSAFE!! Our room was assigned exterior room and cleaning was very poor, bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to collapse! Next morning, I reported again and FD/Amanda was nice to move us into interior bldg. From then everything was great!
My only issue after was, I left an important docs behind & called to see if hskpg staff had turned it in, response was NOTHING TURNED IN!! I am definitely sure my docs was placed on the table/desk. I sent a message and have not gotten any response!!!

Room badly in need of upgrade. Dirty bathtub. Horrible shower head. Very weak WiFi connection; almost unusable. Difficult to find from street because entrance is in back.

The location was fantastic near the Salt Conference Center for the volleyball tournament. The bed was comfortable enough. The breakfast waffles were tasty but could have used a sugar free syrup alternative for.duabetics..
Didn't like the cockroaches in the bathroom and sink area. The room was supposed to be cleaned on the third day which did not happen. Very expensive for a Comfort Inn but I get them trying to increase prices when they have events at the Conference Center., I would not stay here again unless there was a specific event at the Conference Center and no other reasonable option was available.

Location was great, room was spacious.
Our shower was awful. The curtain is too small and the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom. The tub didn’t drain while showering. Told staff and they were thankful we let them know.

The breakfast was good. Waffles, even sausages and eggs. The bed was good.
No parking when we got there. The sink wouldn’t drain and the heater was so loud it woke us up when ever it came on. They put us in a handicap room and the shower was not great.

We had a layover and decided to rest and shower in a hotel. The shower was horrible and was not working properly. Since my daughter attempted, I didn't bother. The tub kept flooding and leaking water from under the tub onto the floor. The room was very cold and the temperature adjustment did not work, even when I set it to high. Because of our layover, we didn't have enough time to switch hotels and just left in the middle of the night when it was our time to depart. It was not worth the $121 dollars paid for sure.
