Beds were comfortable. The young Mexican girl at the buffet on Thurs Dec 5 was doing an exceptional job of keeping everything stocked and tables cleaned. I appreciated her extra effort.

The breakfast staff and the morning desk staff were friendly and accommodating.
We needed more plug ins for charging our devices. However, we made it work.
The evening staff person needs a course in greeting and welcoming people. He seemed addicted to his phone and couldn't be bothered to even stand up let alone smile. He was alone on the morning shift Sunday and behaved the same way.
However, I should add that he worked with me to meet our needs due to my husbands handicap. Handicap rooms should not be located at the furthest location possible from the entrance and breakfast areas.

The room, bedding, floor, and bathroom were dirty. There was trash on the ground and body hair on the bedding. There was hair all over the bathroom, toilet, and sink. I could not stay due to the severe lack of cleanliness.

I love that breakfast is available here. There's a fitness room, next to a laundry area and ice machine.
The floor both Carpet and tile need to be properly cleaned as both basic cleaning and deep cleaning. AC filters are in need of changing as they are extremely caked with dust. Some minor fixes then it'll be a top star place.

Price was okay on a very busy weekend in SLC
Parking and entrance is a nightmare. Our garbage was still full from previous guests. The bathroom fan sounded awful.

good location to restaurants and some shops. easy walking distance into city center. easy access off Highway 15 or to airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable. great TV channels.

Entrance was in BACK of the building with no signage. The Lyft driver took 15 minutes trying to find it. The A/C was louder than a vacuum cleaner (no exaggeration). We had to shut it off in order to sleep and it was quite warm without A/C. The shower was difficult to use. The whole place smelled strongly of cleaning product.

Room wasn’t cleaned, looked like sheets were slept in/shower was dirty and water from previous guest on the floor.
Running the shower was tricky, the knobs went from super hot to off with only half the water coming out the top. Most of the pressure was leaking out the knobs
