Good
Beautiful location. Fun pool atmosphere
Expensive breakfast. Wasteful to go containers fur things like coffee even when you are drinking it in the cafe. Not very green fur a mountain resort. Rude coffee shop employees.

Wonderful
Spacious room and comfy bed. Lovely view from the pool and hot tubs. Friendly staff and we really enjoyed coffee at the Atrium and the Arie restaurant for dinner.

Amazing location. Vibes are cool. Ski lockers are super convenient. Dining is decent (although not great). Outdoor pool and hot tubs are wonderful.
Rooms are in desperate need of a renovation. Pillows are small and synthetic. Don’t like the fragrance of the toiletries. Gym is very small.

Closeness to slopes
Weirdly laid out. But charming as it is a 70s throwback

Enjoyed how close it was to Oktoberfest and everything was walkable.
Having to pay for the rooftop pool. I don’t mind paying but it was a lot for just pool and steam room.

The view
The directions on how to get to the restaurant we ate at was very confusing.

Location of the hotel
I think is unjustified to charge 37 dollars to utilize the roof top pool and the sauna of the hotel, especially considering the expensive daily rate of the hotel

The staff are very caring.
I found the architecture cold and impersonal, and the layout very confusing. This was an extremely expensive hotel and I didn’t think the price was justified even in a resort. No free coffee in the lobby. Even cheap motels offer that. The fitness center was tiny. To get a reasonable amount of exercise optons you have to pay to go to the spa.

Spa, pool and steam room on the 9th floor, which are purchased for an additional fee, but the Jacuzzi was overflowing.
The room had a very small refrigerator, the cabinet door was broken, there was no microwave, the beds were not large. The light on the mirror didn't work in the bathroom.

Very Poor
It’s in a nice location
We have reservation at the 71 restaurant at 8 and waited almost an hour for our drinks to arrive and then after 2 hours of waiting we never received food. So we just left. We ended up at the aerie where we were treated very kind, but it was almost 11 when we finally got our food and it was more expensive than the 71 which we weren’t planning on spending that much. This experience happened to us last year as well with the food experience.
Also, house keeping knocked on our door at 8:00 am to see when we were checking out. This also happened to us last year. We talked to the front desk and they were gonna try to figure something out to make it up to us.
We spend so much money on the room itself and then to have this experience not just once but twice is a bummer.

Wonderful
It’s clean, conveniently located, and the staff is attentive.
It’s overpriced, but there really aren’t better options if you’re looking for lodging up there.

Good
We visited during the low season - memorial day weekend. The price was great, the location is outstanding, the spa was fun.
the service was terrible. The staff was not qualified and half of the things were broken or out of service as they didn’t fix anything after the high season ended

Wonderful
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is gorgeous. There were lots of hiking trails and fun activities for the kids.
The only thing that would keep us from coming back often is the price. It is quite expensive.
