The price and how clean it was hardly no activities plus it was gated
When they cleaned our room with a chemical that was strong and made us nauseous. It smelled like vinegar and no remote.

We booked this very last minute having found that our previous accomodation we had made an error on dates. But within 15 mins we had arranged this accomodation and were settled in.
The property is certainly good value for money and good facilities. We found the laundry especially useful.
We were warmly welcomed and the gentleman at the desk very friendly and helpful.
The motel is really well situated for the centre of town. You can walk or there is a tram a couple of blocks away that takes you into Temple Sq for free.

It was pleasantly clean and smelled great. Its gated parking inside to get your room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and let us check in earlier.
I dont have any complaints other than the area that its in. A lot of homeless people that were around the area that made me a bit uncomfortable.

The gentleman at front desk was very rude. Tried to say I had guest and that ppl was asking for my room. I don't even know anyone in this city, the price was well overcharged for the type or place. 2 star hotel $50-70 I was charged $115 ..

Front desk worker was very nice and friendly. The pool was nice. The coffee in the room was nice. The beds were clean and pillow comfortable
The shower had a ball of hair stuck to the wall. The room was cramped. Worker poured chlorine while we were in the pool which was not nice. Scary area with drug addicts making strange noises on the sidewalks. Creepy.

I liked that I only had to stay one night
I didn't like that the office manager pretended he didn't know what decaffeinated coffee was and I didn't like that the office manager pretended that he didn't speak English, I didn't like that the inside of the front door was covered with black mold . I didn't like that there was no walk way to the room and that I had to step over unkept shrubbery to access the door.

Decent size room, the pool looked inviting right opposite us but wasn't available to use, I booked the hotel wanting to swim, no where on the website did it state that it was open seasonally, I missed swimming by a week grrrr, it was hot in SLC
The location was not good, it's next door to public housing facility, homeless people loitering along the footpath and we attempted to cross the road but noticed more grotty people ther too,
Not the best choice if you are planning going into the city, stay closer in cbd, so you don't have to walk or catch bus or train,
