The pick up from airport was super efficient and quick and the drivers were amazing ! Super friendly and good at there Job .

The bed was amazing, beat sleep we have had in three weeks of travel!
It would be nice to have some breakfast choice or foods offered.
The area a few blocks away is filled with homeless, not much you can do about that. Yet we felt safe on site.

Complimentary shuttle.
The ice maker in our fridge was dropping ice all night and the noise kept us awake most of the night. The shower wasn't adjustable and felt like it was blasting the top layer of skin off.

The staff is detestable and aggressive, completely incompetent when asked for an invoice.
The room smells bad, it’s horrible, and the curtains are in a pitiful state.
The bedding is of very poor quality, the mattress is so soft that it’s really uncomfortable.
All the doors are rotting from mold.
The hallways are dirty and noisy.
The neighborhood is dreadful.
The price is exorbitant for such a low-level hotel.
I have no idea where the 3 stars are coming from.

Sketchy Area. People outside window smoking at 3AM and the scent was getting into the room via the AC unit.
