Very Poor
The location and staff.
The room smelled like old ramen and stale cigarettes. My eyes were bloodshot when I woke up. I would never stay here again. It is old, run down, and smelly. I couldnt wait to get out of there!

Is one of the biggest complaints that I seen was a small parking lot. People please realize that my parking lot does it spend too behind the building as well.

Disappointing
The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.
The location of this hotel was sketchy and there were no amenities within walking distance. Half of the parking lot was flooded and I was hesitant to leave the hotel to get anything, because I didn't want to lost my "dry spot."

Didn't get in on the breakfast. The room far exceeded my expectation. Clean, comfortable, big. Bathroom was nicely appointed. Bed was comfortable, there were enough pillows.
There was no parking available in the lot because of the park and fly patrons. I felt uncomfortable arriving at 11pm and having no place to park except on the street. I would not reccommend this hotel for anyone arriving this late at night. Maybe you could reserve a few parking spots for hotel late arrivals each day.

No breakfast was provieded, which was advised on reservation.
Due to higher things prices today, the room rate was beyond my budget. But I feel my choice was better among others.

The Stove And Fridge.
I wasnt happy with the parking, payments, and didnt recieve room that was requested. the heater made smoke detector go off almost instantly with smoke coming out.

I liked the bed. Very comfortable. Big refrigerator.
I didnt like the smell in my room. It was an old, musty, smell coming out of the air conditioner. The stove didnt work, no hot water in the shower, long black hair on the floor in my bathroom and it wasnt mine.
