The smell of people cooking, the employees fighting outside our room, and the smoking that came up through the heater.

Location was great - very conveniently located. Room was large and comfy, well stocked. Easy access to room. Loved having the kitchen facilities!
Carpet was dirty. I had to stand and wait at the desk for someone to notice I was there to check in.

The property couldn't have been any closer to the airport. The room was huge and well equipped. The staff was helpful and they had everything you would need for an extended stay.

Staff, receptionist who checked us in kept us waiting for 10 minutes so she could help someone wash their clothes. Very rude when I commented on this. Two people stayed and they had one cup, one fork. Room was dirty.

The only reason I booked this was for the airport shuttle for a 5 am flight. I called prior to booking and was told the shuttle would take me to the airport ontime. When I was dropped off to register I am told that the shuttle doesn’t run until 7 am which aside from what I was not what I was told on the phone and is ridiculously late for an airport shuttle. Then I was told the shuttle was out of service anyway. But I could get an Uber maybe. At 3 am I did not feel safe I pal one in that desolate neighborhood with Uber

Convenient location and comfortable bed. Ice maker in fridge didnt work and no ice machine in hotel. Recliner in room was comfy. Had a gym and laundry.

The word suite should not be used anywhere in the name of this place.But they sure charged me lake it was a suite. And then they charged to park in the parking lot of the hotel that I overpaid for and then it took a month to get my deposit back
