Bed was good quality, and comfortable
Room was extremely small even compared most low-priced hotels. Showed plenty of signs of being used and abused for many years; relatively clean but just lots of evidence of wear and tear, cracks in the sink,etc.

While booking, language should be changed in description. I booked a "double room" which I thought was 2 beds, but apparently not. It means double occupancy, so 2 people, NOT 2 beds...

nothing other than the price and ease of getting back on the freeway in the morning.
OMG, where to start?! Holes in the curtain, broken desk lamp, no extra blankets when it's barely 30 outside, such thin walls and ceiling you can hear everything. Even at the low price, no way I could recommend this motel 6 to any other traveler!

Desk clerk was very kind and helpful to explain everything. The bed was comfortable.
There were a lot of people hanging around the parking area. I felt a little intimidated by them, because there was no reason that I could see for them to be there. Some were smoking (?). Others were drinking beer. They were friendly, but not a good presence!

The laundry facilities were down so they couldn't get us additional towels. The smoke detector was broken and beeping and not attached to the ceiling. The room and peoperty were filthy. There was trash everywhere.

I liked the location right in town and so close to the mountain, with plenty of parks and restaurants around.
The motel itself is very old and it shows!

Next to convenience store. Nice view of mountains. Comfortable mattress. Good TV. You can walk to downtown (1.2 miles to to Eccles conference center) but I wouldn't do it after dark because of the neighborhood and sidewalk missing in parts (construction).
Sketchy neighborhood. Dog waste on front lawn. Very noisy fan in bathroom that comes on whenever when you turn on the light. Security latch removed from the front door. No microwave or fridge or vending machines. Wifi limited. Dogs barking in rooms.

Location.
Bed is horrible and painful. Dirty room. Jail cell vibe with horrible florescent lights. Outlets too loose to hold or power anything. Broken curtains. Sketchy tenants.
