Easy to get to. Close to eating places and gas stations. Bed was comfortable and room was decent size. Safe surroundings and breakfast was okay.m
The WIFI was horrible. I finally quit trying to log in. I was finally able in the morning. No one was at the front desk for check out. The breakfast was okay, but fake egg patties and cut up potatoes were a disappointment.

Wonderful
Ground floor room and the window lock wouldn’t lock so that made us feel a bit unsecure in a unfamiliar location. However the staff was very accommodating during reservation and check in.

not very clean…. Staff was excellent no pillows or sheets for a pullout sofa. People from the pool did not use towels outside the elevators and in the elevators tons of water hazard waiting to happen.

The hot tub and they staff was nice.
Bed was hard as a rock. Very noisy at night. Had people trying to come in our room 2 to 3 times late at night. When we where in the hot tub, there was 2 kids diving into the pool and splashing everyone and also diving into the hot tub. Staff needs to watch that more close. Breakfast looked over cooked.

Disappointing
The staff was competent and friendly.
We have been coming to this facility several years and each time it seems to have slipped. This time the sheer curtain had been ripped and you could not close the curtain completely. The shower/tub did not drain. We'll look for a new facility unless this one is upgraded.

I enjoyed the bed and the bed sheets. The room was large. The facilities were clean and so was the room.
The appliances were very noisy. The blinds were broken and didn't properly keep the light out. One member of staff was rude to us and very strict about the breakfast rules. The shower head fixture in our room was also broken. This is a below average stay, would recommend if you were in a pinch and frankly just needed a bed.

Quick access off the highway. It had an extra bed option.
Room was hot and the thermostat didn't work. None of us slept well at all. Facilities weren't particularly clean.
