Location was ideal for us, as we were close to the entrance to Arches NP. This meant though that we were also on the northern outskirts of town, meaning a drive (~6 mins) to get to any downtown restaurant. 10% off was offered by the hotel to certain restaurants. Pool was appreciated and although not mentioned by Booking.com, breakfast is included with all rates.
Not a criticism but there is no bar or restaurant for dinner in the hotel, although snacks could be purchased. A bar/restaurant was within a 10 minute walk.
What was a little annoying was that I was charged a small amount extra on my stay, due to state room taxes going up since my original booking. However, nobody bothered to tell me on check-out and it was only by seeing what had been charged on my credit card that the extra charge was noticed.

Breakfast was not ready by 6am. Had to wait until 6:15 or so. Not a big deal but had to get to the park before 7am.

Place has a great staff and pool. Has great ada accessible rooms . Playground for kids and the pool are for family fun. Food on-site.
Place need major update. Needs to be deep cleaned and updated. Add in some modern amenities and get a resturant open and the place is perfect

Great breakfast and the rooms were immaculate. We love the back courtyard and pool area.
Moab has no uber or bus system. The hotel wasn't much help on this.
