They allow dogs
I got 1 towel that was it The shower looked disgusting. I didnt even take a shower.. and the guy at the front kept coming to the back to see if we had more than one person in the room. It was probably the worst experience with a Motel 6 Ive ever had.

Honestly, nothing.
Just about everything. My door hardly shut all of the way to lock. I paid over $10 more for a fridge only to wake up the next day to all of my moneys worth of food completely ruined. I had to throw all of it out. On top of that total bull- I was SO cold. I woke up so cold that it physically hurt. I was in literal tears trying to figure out what to do. No one in the office would answer the phone so, i got creative. I blasted the hot water in the shower leaving the bathroom door open so it could warm up the room. (Keep in mind, I was stuck there to begin with because of a bad snow storm-) I could honestly go on for hours about all of the ways this was a terrible experience- but Ill just leave it those few examples. This is a very sketchy, un clean, un safe, un professional mote and area. I am out so much money from staying there. It ended up costing me double the amount because of all of the food I had just bought and had to throw away due to the fridge.
Never again.

Staff was rude and super offensive. Didn't listen or answer any questions. Just brushed you off and would hang up on you when calling the office. Very rude and very ignorant.

Ive got nothing to say here.
This was the worst experience traveling of my entire life. I paid extra money for a fridge and then bought a bunch of groceries. (around $80 worth in refrigerated foods alone.) Then, in Utah there was a huge snow storm which is why I got the room because it was too dangerous to keep driving.. it was SO cold in the room. The heat did not work! I tried to fall asleep but was too cold. I then finally fell asleep for maybe an hour, but literally woke up crying . I tried to call the front desk, but nobody would answer.. so instead I got creative I guess you could say and I blasted the hot shower and left the bathroom door open in order to warm up the room. It was awful. So while it was finally warm after however long, now it was all humid. It just sucked. To put it simply. Then, after Im finally able to get back to sleep- when I woke up to wat something in the morning.. ALL of my food, lettuce, freezer foods, meats, milk EVERYTHING was bad. I am still SO mad about this. And all I was offered was a $5 refund? Is this a literal joke??? Do not go here. Not only is it a very sketchy location.. but the rooms are disgusting on top of the issues I had. I get they must have all sorts of walks of life come in, but- this was the most disturbing waste of so much of my money for me. Between the food and the room were talking $162. Then theres the fact that I would have been warmer in my vehicle. Im still waiting for some kind of actually appropriate refund/compensation for this nightmare- and Im still so mad even thinking about it.

Motel 6 midvale is improving so much they have a great staff and security they help me so much and my cituation. After loosen my home. I even offered to help them why I'm here they are so busy short staffed and really working hard to meet customers traveling and there stay to be as comfortable and safe as they can

Yeah told I was to leave because brother and girlfriend came to see me haven't been there for a night guy said they had to bring id so went with my guest to do as manager asked them said I just had to leave told me is robbing keeping my money and was because I was white

Nothing really we didnt even end up staying the night
It was supposed to a non smoking room but it smelt like someone just chain smoked a few packs in there before we got there. The heater was broken so the room was freezing. The little kitchen table had crack torch burns all the way through it.

Nothing we ended up walking out and left. We went and stayed at another motel do to the guy working that night had no customer service skills at all. He was extremely rude and acting like we was a bother. So we took our business else where. It made me sic
The guy that was working that evening was very rude and seemed to me he was extremely rushed and trying to push me back out the door. He would not allow me to even speak or ask questions. He kept talking over me which I think was extremely ignorant.
