Location
Too many living in the hotel that only come out at night and walk up and down the walks talking and laughing and homeless sleeping in the stair wells. Other stuff going on in which I will not take time to explain just know staying here dont have dogs and be able to take lots of sleeping pills.

Roachs... I told evening book keeper that I request a room change I found 9 roachs on the floors.. alive COCK ROACHS.. SO I CHECK IN and the HEAD HOUSE CLEANER TOKD ME to go to the hotel across the street they don't have COCK ROACHS . then she said don't come back tomorrow . I said what she said do not come back tomorrow. I said why? She said maybe you like COCK ROACHS. I just happen to be by the room that had COCK ROACHS I went inside the room and shown her 3 I know I killed sure enough there they were. But I have video on my phone to prove it. So the next day I check out and they said you have charge backs. I said what? Because I have not did an dispute with my bank. Well that was there way of kicking me out because I mentioned COCK ROACHS. Not one statement from my banks do I have a charge back with discovery looking for a good lawyer now that wants my case There bully's and aggressive it's time for justice in that place I'm not laying down for this shit....

The bed was somewhat comfortable.
The room wasn't prepared before I checked in. The room next to mine had loud guests until 3am. Staff didn't address the other room but instead accused me of causing issues - even after I showed video evidence of the noise.

The room was dirty smelled of mildew it didn't even have a smoke detector had like 1 towel in there i could barely understand the front staff if you have children i would definitely go somewhere else as it's scary had some crackheads walking around and I'm pretty sure there was a hooker walking around

I liked the shower head. TV and air conditioning.
I did not like the sheets ( dirty), smoke alarm beeping ( many times), not clean ( found cock roach in restroom), no breakfast, pool, spa. Microwave and refrigerator didn't work very well. Lots of people hang out outside smoking cigarettes and Marijuana.
