I thought it was an excellent price. The room was very clean and fresh. I would stay there again.
Only because I am getting older, I as on the second floor, and it was difficult to get my suitcase up the stairs.

The room had all of the basic needs that I wanted. Had a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
It advertises a breakfast but in reality it was just a few packaged danishes and some apples.

No worries about bed bugs were the greatest peace a motel could offer. Beds were huge, high quality, and the entire unit was so clean we walked barefooted in the room. Lighting fixtures were well-thought, as only the vanity area was bright, the rest were dimmer, and easier in the evening. No bugs rushing into our room when we open our door, was really great, or there'll be screams throughout our stay. Can't hear our neighbors at all, really appreciate the insulation against noise. Granite countertop made me feel like I'm in a 4 star hotel. Very clean bathroom and towels. Will be our go-to accomodation each time we visit Waco.
Not having an escalator was extremely difficult for traveling, Asian ladies who bought 5 luggage worth of shopping! To haul the luggages up and down was quite dangerous. No porter help available or we'd have paid for it.

Location was great. Nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was promised, but, only packaged pastries and coffee was provided! Very disappointed!

Great location
Breakfast was a plastic wrapped danish and coffee. Nothing else not even water. Can’t believe they advertise it as breakfast.
The cleaners took our drink cups, bag of chips and plastic cutlery we had placed on the bench. Really?
The mattress on one of the two beds has collapsed so they turned it around. Needs to be replaced.

We had a great experience! Bathroom was spotless, the room was exceptionally clean, and the ac worked great. Only thing we had a problem with is housekeeping came into the room an hour before us checking out.
